- 中文摘要: 日本式生產管理技術(JIT)已成為當代生產作業管理新的典範,在全球的競爭下,要成為世界級的生產廠商則必須對其有所了解及採行其有價值的做法。本研究以個案的方式探討臺灣汽車產業代表性廠商對日本式生產管理技術的引進執行方式與管理策略。本研究的結果發現,多數的日本生產管理技術均可在個案廠商運用,執行上並無多大困難,但是在人員及哲學思想上,則個案廠商與日本做法有所不同,而且個案廠商移轉的方式是採分散/經驗學習的方式,並自行發展MRP與JIT相結合的供料方式,值得臺灣企業與學術界參考。
- 英文摘要: Japanese manufacturing techniques was originally Toyota's response to managing its own internal operations andits relationship with its suppliers. Japanese companies now dominate the world's market in many industries, such ascameras, televisions and automobile, the rapid change in market shares in these industries are substantially attribute tothe effectiveness of Japanese manufacturing techniques. As the environment becomes more competitive both domestically and internationally, today, many manufactur-ers in the world are studying and trying out Japanese approaches. Taiwan's manufacturers also adopting various parts ofthis Japanese management approach in their organization, but they have a limits understanding of JIT system and trans-fer skills. This research performed a case study from a holistic approach to discuss the managing strategy for implemen-tation of Japanese manufacturing techniques in Taiwan's automobile industry. The results of this study was found thecompany(CMC) have developed a MRP/JIT hybrid production system and implementation very well in all JIT criticalelements. This research also built a technology transfer matrix to explain the managing strategy of JIT techniques trans-fer. The conclusion of this study can help managers who are seeking to understand and implement Japanese manu-facturing techniques in their company and develop a localized theory of JIT implementation.
