- 中文摘要: 本文報導以求解單行道網路設計問題之六種啟發式方法的發展與測試結果。各方法首將各個可能改變為單行道之雙向路段以「流量/容量比率」或以「雙向流量差」排序,決定改為單行道之優先候選路段,再依序搜尋可能之網路改變,以及路網改變可能造成總旅行時問之變動。經測試分析,一次改變兩個雙向路段之雙重路段搜尋法在不同擁擠程度及需求型態下多能找到不錯之結果,最佳化程度約達70%,值得進一步探討其實務應用之可行性;期能俾益於運輸規劃之實務工作。
- 英文摘要: This paper reports on an attempt to solve a network design model of one-way streets usingheuristic algorithms. Similar to the structure of the model, each of the proposed methods hastwo basic procedures: one is to sort possible alternatives of one-way streets so as to generatealternatives with high potential for traffic improvement, and the other is to evaluate the per-formance of each generated alternative by solving a variational inequality problem. A numericalexample and testing results are given to show the characteristics of both the problem andalgorithms, as well as to support the claim that the heuristic algorithms may be useful additionsto the arsenal of techniques used by practitioners wishing to tackle network design problemsof one-way streets.
