- 英文摘要: Histidinemic rats was produced by injection of nitromethane. Thealteration of brain amino acid concentrations and the incorporation oflabeled precursor in. brain slices were investigated'. Except histidine, there were no significant alterations of the aminoacid patterns in the brain. Histidine concentration in brain was increasedto a plateau of 3-fold of the controls after 6 days injection of nitromethane.There were no measurable histidase and histidine}pyruvate aminotransferaseactivity in the brain. The protein contents showed no significant differencebetween. histidinemic ratsand controls: Incorporation of Glu-6-3H into brain lipid, protein, RNA and DNA wasnot impaired. The incorporation of Uridine-3H into brain protein was notchange too. The uptake of Histidine-14C by brain slices was greatly decreasedin histi dinemic rats. These results: showed that only the uptake of histidinewas affected by the high concentration of histidine in brain: The mechanism:of brain function impairment in histidinemia still awaits further investigation:
