本報告所使用之資料係自1989年三月至1996年一月,在台灣西南水域進行200公尺浮游魚類採樣所得。在此區
域採樣之底深由小於50公尺至大於800公尺不等。浮游魚類之密度範圍為118〈大於800公尺底深者)至466(小於50
公尺底探者)尾1000 M 。此期間共獲得29,833尾浮游魚類,並經鑑定為118科,至少452種;其中最主要的五種為:
日本鯷(Engraulis japonica, 24.50%),七星魚(Benthosema pterotum, 17.38%),異葉公鯷(Encrasicholina heteroloba,
3.85%),(gobiid,未鑑定至物種,3.79%),銅鏡?(Decapterus maruadsi, 3.30%)及肥帶魚(Trichiurus lepturus,
2.28%)。由排序相關法分析結果可知:離岸較遠的深水群集間之相似程度高,且具顯著性;但小於50公尺之群集則不
與其他較探水域之群集相關。以高屏溪口之浮游魚類來分析此區之季節變異,結果顯示:秋冬兩群集之相似程度較高,
而其他季節各具獨特性。
e - 英文摘要: Ichthyoplankton was collected during the period of March 1989 to January 1996 from surface water( 200 m depth) off southwestern Taiwan, in various bottom depth stations (a total of 125 stations), rangingfrom less than 50 m to greater than 800 m. The ichthyoplankton density ranged from 118(> 800 m depth)to 446 (< 50 m depth) ind. 1000 m . In total, 29,833 specimens from 118 families and at least 452 specieswere collected. The most common taxa were Engraulis japonica (24.50% of the total), Benthosemapterotum (17.38%), Encrasacholina heteroloba (3.85%), gobiids (3.79%), Decapterus maruadsi (3.30%), andTrichiurus lepturus (2.28%). Similarity among the off shore assemblages was established by rank correla-tion, but no correlation was found between the shallow assemblage (< 50 m) and the other assemblages ofdeeper depths. Using the abundance data of 35 dominant species found in 25 samples from the plume ofthe Kao-ping River to evaluate seasonal variation, we discovered similarity between the autumn andwinter assemblages but not between the other seasons.
