高壓高脈動率CO2雷射激發系統之研製

本文分為二部份,第一部份研討混合TEA-CO於高頻次脈波放電操作下,其供應電源與其
脈波觸發電路及脈波波形之理論分析與模擬。供應電源之額定脈波重覆頻次為200 PPS,平均功
率為4 kw,脈波寬幅大於20μs,其單脈波形可由觸發系統線路調變,另有關電源線路設計之考
慮與要求,亦在本文中詳加闡述。
第二部份敘述研製成之系統及其實驗與結果。研製之第一步驟:建造高壓放電系統、測試其
自由放電特性、記錄線路中輸出端與激發端之脈波形與特性;第二步驟:調整LC整形線路、記
錄其輸出端與激發端之脈波特性,並估算其脈波能量,作為激發系統製作之參考資料;第三步
驟:建造高脈動率之激發系統、使用充氣冷?方法、匹配線路LC整形線路、充氣混合氣體比
(氦、氮及二氧化碳之混合比),以及充氣壓力條件,測試其輸出端與激發端之放電特性。
本計畫研製成之激發系統輸出脈波,其脈動率可達每秒100次左右,其脈動能量高達20焦
耳,操作電壓因受制於濾波電容之耐壓能力,最高可達50 kv。製成之裝置可應用於高頻次脈波
放電之混合TEA-CO雷射系統之供應電源,以及高壓絕綠器材之衝壓試驗。

This report is divided into two parts : Part One : The power supply and the pulsetrigger circuits of the hybrid-C0 laser systemis discussed for high repetition rate operation.The pulse shape and its control mechanismhave been investigated theoretically. Severalnumerical simulations have been made by IBM-1130 CSMP. The typical output of the powersupply is approximately 4 KW at 200 pps with20 μs pulse width. The pulse shape can bemodulated by changing the trigger circuit pa-rameters. The requirements and the criteria forthe power sources and the circuit design havebeen fully investigated. Part Two:The construction and operationof the trigger system is described in Part Two;so are the results and the experimental analysisfollowing the steps of construction. At first, ahigh voltage discharging system has been builtfor the purpose of testing its free running char-acters. In this test, the pulse wave form andthe characteristic features of the circuit outputterminal and the trigger terminal heve beenrecorded. In the second step, tuning of themodulated LC circuit and recording of the cor-responding pulse wave form have been per-formed. These data are then used for the estima-tion of the pulse energy and the reference ofthe trigger system design. The final step, a highrepetition pulse trigger system with gas cooleddevice has been built. By couping the LCmodulated circuit and the gas mixture (whichcontains He, N and C0), various measurementsof the output and the trigger discharging char-acteristics have been recorded under a few dif-ferent gas pressure conditions. In this project, the pulse trigger system builthas the following features. Its highest repetitionrate is 100 pps. Its maximum pulse energy is20 joules/pulse at low rep. rates. Owing to thelimited insulation of the filter capacity, thehighest operation voltage is 50 KV. This systemmay be used for a high power TEA C0 laseras the power supply module, and it can bedirectly used for the impulse test of the highvoltage insulated materials.
