- 中文摘要: 水稻種子(台中65號)儲存一年後,其粗染色質之NAD 聚合反應之性質,並沒有顯著的改變。但是在特定條件下,把透析過的粗染色質加以儲存,卻可以把該聚合能力提高為新鮮染色質之七倍左右。當含有1.6mg蛋白質/ml反應液的粗染色質做為酵素液時NAD 濃度超過0.7mM則有抑制作用。可是如果把〔(方程式無法摘錄) /〔NAD 〕的比率固定為50時,抑制的現象會消失。可能的解釋曾予以討論。當NAD 固定為0.5mM時,聚合反應和反應液中蛋白質量間的直線關係之範圍為0.4~1.6mg/ml。在改良的反應條件下所建立的反應之時間過程暗示在接近零時有迅速的“聚合反應相”。在重複做實驗時發現不同批的水稻或同一批水稻但不同次的粗染色質製備液的聚合總量(或比聚合活性)在相同的實驗條件下略有差異,其原因還不清楚。
- 英文摘要: Storage of rice (Taichung 65)seeds for one year does not significantly change kinetic properties ofNAD -incorporating activity of crude chromatin. However, storage of dialyzed crude chromatin underdefined conditions can raise the enzyme activity to as high as 7 fold when compared to the fresh ones.When a crude chromatin (Tainan 6)containing 1.6 mg protein/ml of reaction mixture is used, NAD atconcentrations higher than 0.7 mM seems inhibitory. The reason for this is not known at this time.
