- 中文摘要: 以石油醱酵廢液培養NC-2綠藻時,廢液不須稀釋,共最適培養溫度為30℃,最適pH值6左右,通氣量與一般酵母培養之需要量相當,光線照射強度不宜太強,廢液未腐壞前不經殺菌不影響綠藻生長,但接種量以至少能使培養液呈淡綠色為宜,雜菌污染之防止可添加100 ug/ml之Chloramphenicol或Actidione,正烷烴含量在3%以下對綠藻生長無抑制作用,石油醱酵廢液經以上法培養綠藻後,其中部份之Fe+2及NH4+量可稍降低,而綠藻收量受廢液成份,混濁度及培養環境之影響極大,由於廢液中碳源缺乏,使用三角瓶以上法培養供試綠藻3~5天後,每100ml廢液僅可得綠藻約100-130 mg左右。
- 英文摘要: Among the new isolated strains of chlorella, NC-2 is the one most favorable tobe cultured in the petro-fermentation waste mash. Experiment shows that it is notnecessary to dilute waste mash when NC-2 is cultured. The optimal conditions areas followings: temperature 30℃; pH value 6; aeration almost the same as commonyeast; light tensity not too strong. When waste mash is fresh, it doesn't matter if itis sterilized or not, but it is better to increase inoculum to make waste mash appearlight green. Preventing waste mash from contamination, 100 ,ug/ml of chloram-phenical or actidione may be added. Besides, n-paraffin content below 3% will notinhibit growth of chlorella. After harvest of chlorella, Fe+2, NH4+, and Mg+2 contentin waste mash is lowered, and the yield of chlorlla is about 100-130mg/100 ml.
