- 英文摘要: A calculation method to predict the salt effects on the vapor-liquid equilibria of acetic acid aqueous solutions is proposed. In the developed method, the dimerization effects of acetic acid molecules in both liquid and vapor phases are described by chemical theory model explicitly, and the nonidealities caused by water-acetic acid and salt- water interactions in the liquid phase are considered by using modified activity coefficient model proposed by Tan. The solvent-solvent interaction parameters are obtained from the correlation to the salt-free VLE data, and the salt-solvent interaction parameters are determined from the vapor pressures of electrolyte solutions. The proposed method has been used to calculate the VLE of five salt- water-acetic acid systems for salt concentrations varying from zero to saturation. The predicted results are quite satisfactory with the overall absolute deviation of bubble point temperatures being 0.86K and that of vapor phase compositions being 0. 76%.
