- 中文摘要: 本文在探討發展污水廠操作管理專家系統時,所面臨之問題及所採用之解決策略和方法。所採用之發展工具軟體為Turbo-Prolog,其提供一複合之程式設計環境,而所發展建構之系統屬於邏輯基礎專家系統。考慮未來繼續發展之彈性及程式編寫,故引用模組化程式設計之理念。系統執行時之檔案資料有兩種管理類型:一為整批存取處理,一為隨機存取處理。對於系統運作時,使用者無法肯定回答之問題,可由使用者給予一認知上之數值參數,即一不確定因子,而由系統予以處理,故不致中斷推理之進行。本研究所建構完成之系統原型具有異常問題診斷、專有名詞解釋、表格輸入、輸出及圖形顯像之功能。
- 英文摘要: The management and operation of wastewater treatment plants has become more and morecomplicated. Developing expert systems to guide operators in the overall control of wastewater treatmentplants is an effective approach. This paper studied the problems occur when developing an expert systemfor management and operation of wastewater treatment plants, and proposes strategies and methods forresolution. The development tool used is the Turbo-Prolog software package. It provides a mixedprogramming environment. The scheme system developed is of the logic-based expert system type. Themodular programming concept was used to provide flexibility and program coding in future. When thesystem is executed, there are two methods of file-processing: one is batch access processing, and the otheris random access processing. If the user can not answer the question definitely during executing programs,the user can give a digital parameter, that is an uncertainty factor, to the system for processing. In thisway, execution will not be interrupted. The prototype system developed in this study possessesthe functions of abnormal problem diagnosis, explanation of specific terms, input and output of forms andgraphic display.
