- 英文摘要: The effects of acute exercise on receptor-mediated endo-thelium-dependent vasodilation and its possible mecha-nisms were investigated in the presence of indometha-cin. Male Wistar rats(16-20 weeks old)were divided intocontrol and exercise groups. The exercise group ran on adrum exerciser until exhaustion, followed by immediatedecapitation. Acetylcholine (ACh)- or clonidine(CLO)-induced vasodilating responses in thoracic aortae of thecontrol and exercise groups were compared. Receptor-binding assays were performed to determine whetherthere were any upregulations of endothelial receptorsafter acute exercise. Our results indicated that acuteexercise induced the following effects:(1)the dose-response curves of ACh and CLO shifted to the left;(2)the high-affinity M binding sites increased in numberbut not in affinity;(3) the α binding sites decreased innumber but increased in affinity. We conclude that acuteexercise enhances receptor-mediated vasodilation re-sponses, at least in part, by regulating either endothelialreceptor number or receptor affinity.
