- 中文摘要: 在臺灣大學溪頭竹類標本園取七種孟宗竹屬之植物,並分析其葉中酚類化合物及過氧化酵素之分布,藉此以了解竹類植物之血緣關係。以甲醇萃得之純化物經紙色層、薄色層及紫外光-可視光譜儀得39個酚類化合物分布於七種孟宗竹屬中。另以聚丙烯醯胺(polyacrylamide)電泳法分析竹葉中之過氧化酵素得21個帶(band)分布於上述竹葉中。將上述酚類化合物及過氧化酵素於七種孟宗竹葉中之分布以數量分類學之方法分析其種間之相似度(similarity)而導出其種間之血緣關係。結果顯示布袋竹(Phyllostachys aurea)、黑竹(P. nigra)與裸擇竹(P. nuda)之血緣較近屬一群,另外孟宗竹(P. edulis)、剛竹(P. bambusoides)及桂竹(P. makinoi)之血緣亦相近可組成另一群,而石竹(P. lithophila)之血緣則顯然較前六種為遠。此指出以上述生化學的方法來探討竹類植物間之血緣關係是有意義的,然而完整的血緣關係圖有待整個計劃完成後才能徹底了解。
- 英文摘要: A biochemical approach based on phenolic compounds and peroxidase isozyme was conducted tostudy the phylogenetic relationship among seven Phyllostachys species grown in Chitou, Taiwan. Thirty-nine phenolic compounds including flavonoids were preliminarily identified by paper, and thin-layerchromatography and UV-visible spectrophotometer. Twenty-one bands of peroxidase isozymes were alsofound by using an acrylamide gel electrophoresis. The phenolic compounds and isozyme bands werevariously distributed in the seven species studies. The data of these biochemical characters were computedby numerical taxonomic methods using a simple matching coefficient and unweighted pair-group withsimple average to obtain phenograms. The conclusion of all phenograms comparison indicated that twomajor clusters were phylogenetically close, in which one cluster includes P. aurea, P. nuda, and P. nigrawhile another comprises P. makinio, P. bambusoides, and P, edulis; however, P. lithophila seems to bephylogenetically far from the aforementioned species. A full understanding of the phylogenetic relation-ship among Bambusaceae requires further investigation, particularly in the structure identification offlavonoids.
