• 中文摘要： 一種將光纖纏繞在PZT圓柱體上的相位調變器通常用於干涉式光纖感測器的解調系統上，以能線性解調光波感測的相位差。在此研究中，我們將探討此相位調變器的轉移函數，藉由壓電方程式與光纖相位變化關係式，推導出這種光纖PZT圓柱體式相位調變器的相位嚮應關係式，同時並設計一個實驗以驗證我們的理論。理論模擬的結果證明我們所推導的轉移函數比前人所發表的結果更能說明此種PZT壓電陶瓷相位調變器的轉換機構。
• 英文摘要： A PZT cylindric phase modulator is frequently used in optical fiber interferometric sensors fordemodulating sensing signals. In this paper, we combine the piezoelectric equations and the fiber phaseshift relations to derive a thorough transfer function of the PZT phase modulator. We also design anexperiment to verify our derivation. These results also verify that our formula better explain the mechanismof PZT phase modulators than do previous published papers.
