- 中文摘要: 室氣氧化苯甲酸生成苯酚反應中,加入各種氧化抑制劑,或單獨,或二種混合使用,進行氧化反應“檢討對於增產苯酚、抑制焦油(tar)副生的影響。所得結果如下:一、任河氧化條件之下,加入44-bis-2, 6-di-tert-butyl-Phenol對於本反應,均屬有利。二、44i-bis-2,6-di-tert-butyl-phenol。單獨使用,濃度為1/4000時,可減少焦油副生25%,濃度 為1/1000時苯酚增加28%,焦油也減少28%。三、有效的phenol系抑制劑44'-bis-2,6-di-tert-butyl-phenol與無效的Amine系抑制劑 NN'-di-see-butyl-p-phenylene-diamine混合使用,濃度為1/4000時,增產苯酚26%,減少 焦油45%。濃度為1/1000時,增產苯酚46%,減少焦油65%。雖然原因作用尚不明,兩者的混 合使用有相輔作用及協奏效果。四、兩者之混合比率50:50,或55:45為最佳混合率。
- 英文摘要: In order to increase the yield of phenol production and decrease the tar format-ion, various kinds of anti-oxidant were added to the oxidation of benzoic acid tophenol. Experiment was done to study the effect of the concentration of a singleantioxidant. or a combined antioxidant. The results are as follows:1. No matter what the oxidation condition are, 44'-bis-2,6-di-tert -butyl -phenol is highly active reagent for the purpose.2. When only 44'-bis-2,6-di-tert-butyl-phenol is added to the reactant, which reacts under the optimum condition and the concentration of anti-oxidant, is 0.025% wt Tar formation will decrease 25%. When the concentration is increase up to 0.1%, the phenol production is increased 28% and conversely, the tar formation is de creased 28%.3. As amine-system anti-oxidant is added alone, no effect is observed. However, when N, N-di-sec-butyl-p-phenylene-diamine is added, in combining with 44'-bis- 2,6-di-tert-butyl-phenol and the mixture concentration is 0.025% wt. The phenol production is increased 26% and tar formation is decreased 45%. When the con- centration is 0.1% wt. The phenol production is increased 46% and the tar for- mation decreased 65%. It shows the amine-system anti-oxidant is helpful, altho- ugh the mechanism is not yet understood.4. The optimum mixing ratio of phenol-system anti一oxidant to that of amine system is in the range of 50:50 ~ 55:45
