- 中文摘要: 採用吸附方法以研究從洋菇殺菁水中選擇性分離洋菇風味之可行性,以 resin A 及 resin B 為本研究所採行之吸附劑,以酒精、戊烷及己烷等有機溶劑為脫附劑達到濃縮洋茲風味的目的,由吸附平衡值,吸附速率以及breakthrough曲線等實驗結果顯示此一方法可應用於洋菇加工業,且具良好之經濟效益。
- 英文摘要: An adsorption method was adopted to investigate the possibility of selective separation of the mush-room aroma from the blanching water of mushrooms. Resin A and Resin B sere used as the adsorbentsand alcohol, pentane, hexane etc. were employed as the desorbents. Experimetal results of adsorptionequilibrium, adsorption rate and treakthrough curve indicated the high possibility of using this method forcommercial application in the mushroom plant.
