- 英文摘要: A method is evaluated in this study for estimating average specific resistance of cake, which avoids the necessity of measuring the liquid invasion volume in rectangular capillary suction apparatus ( RCSA) experiments. When an insufficient amount of slurry is used, the slurry will exhaust during experiment and the wet front distance versus time curve shows the transition. The liquid saturation under the inner cell can be estimated on the basis of the wet front distance and capillary suction time(CST) data of the transition point. Furthermore, the average specific resistance of cake can be calculated without the liquid invasion volume data. The proposed method correlates sufficiently with the vacuum filtration data.
