竹絲加強粒片板之研究

本研究的目的在探討竹絲加強粒片板製造的可行性及改良其品質的方法。試驗時除以竹絲及竹片作不同的組合製板外,並在粒片板胚的各層間夾入玻璃纖維織布以改良其材質。製板時之熱壓溫度為150°C,壓力 35kg,熱壓時間70~80分鐘,視製板條件作調整。為因應試驗之需製作下列三種厚度 2cm 之粒片板:(1)單以竹絲為原料製造粒片板。(2)竹絲粒片板胚之中間三層,以不同寬度、厚度之竹片做直交排列,製造粒片板。(3)竹絲粒片板板胚中央三層竹片相互間或竹絲與竹片各層間夾入玻璃纖維織布製造粒片板。竹絲、竹片或兩者相互間均以酚甲醛樹脂膠合,竹絲或竹片與玻璃纖雜織布間以環氧樹脂膠谷。 試驗結果如下: 1.竹絲粒片板板胚之中間三層使用竹片時,製板的強度性質均大於單以竹絲製造之粒片板。又粒片板胚之中央層竹片及與其垂直排列之上下二層竹片之寬度及厚度均影響其強度性質,即使用之竹片寬度及厚度愈大,各種強度性質愈大。 2.製板時,板胚中竹絲與竹片各層間夾入玻璃纖維織布(合計四層)與中央三層竹片相互間夾入玻璃纖維織布(合計二層)之製板作比較時,各種強度性質均以前者較大。 3.各種製板的強度性質作比較時,依序為:(竹絲+竹片+玻璃纖維織布)粒片板>(竹絲十竹片)粒片板>竹絲粒片板。

The object of this paper is to study thefeasibility of manufacturing and quality im-provement of bamboo-wool reinforced parti-cleboard. Boards made in this experiment areconstructed in three different combinations: (Ⅰ) of bamboo-wool only; (Ⅱ) of bamboo-wool and three layers ofbamboo-strips with various width and thicknessarranged perpendicularly in the core of mats; (Ⅲ) of fiberglass cloth placed amongparticlemat or placed above and beneath thecentral layer of bamboo-strips in the core ofmat; Phenolic resin was chosen as the binderfor particleboard manufactured of bamboo-wool and bamboo-strips; epoxy resin was usedfor binding fiberglass cloth with the othersraw materials in particlemats. The conditionsfor particle-board manufacture are: hot presstemperature 150°C, initial pressure 35 kg/and press time 70~80 minutes. The results obtained are: (1) The strength of boards (Ⅱ) is betterthan board (Ⅰ); the larger the width andthickness of the bamboo-strips, the strongerthe board's strength properties. (2) The more layers of fiberglass clothembedded in boards, the better their strengthproperies. (3) The strength sequence obtained is asfollow: Boards (Ⅲ) > Boards (Ⅱ)> Boards(Ⅰ).
