- 中文摘要: 本文研究數種週期性導體表面填充介質時對正向入射橫磁(transverse magnetic)平面波的逆向散射特性。分析的效應包括頻率、剖面形狀、週期對深度比、填充介質介電係數等。研究結果發現鋸齒狀剖面可減低高頻的逆向散射,橢圓形剖面可減低低頻的逆向散射,在剖面凹處填充介質可進一步降低逆向散射截面。
- 英文摘要: Several types of periodical conductive surfaces with dielectric filling are studied concerning theirbackscattering to a normally incident transverse magnetic (TM) plane wave. The effects of the frequency,profile shape, period-to-depth ratio, and filling permittivity are analyzed. It is observed that a sawtoothprofile can be used to reduce backscattering at high frequencies, and that elliptical surfaces can be usedto reduce backscattering at low frequencies. The use of filling material further reduces the backscatteringcross section.
