- 中文摘要: 本試驗之目的是為了解檬果之果實發育與內生GA,auxins 及ABA樣物質之關係。同時,檢討GA ,NAd(naph-thaleneacetamide)及b-NoA(b-naphthoxyacetic acid)之外加散布處理對結實之影響。 供試之檬果幼果,不論是落果或非落果均以本省在來種之GA及auxins樣物質之活性較改良之愛文及海頓種為高。而ABA樣物質之活性則呈相反之傾向。 分析果萼,果肉及種子中之GA及auxins樣物質之活性顯示種子最高。而果萼之活性則顯著較低,且在果實肥大之後即迅速消失。相反地,ABA樣物質之活性則以幼果期與成熟期顯著較高。尤以無種子之海頓種之落果之果萼最為明顯。 為減少落果,使用外加生長素散布處理愛文種之幼果,以GA +NAd及GA +b.NoA較為有效,任何一種生長素之單獨使用均無顯著之反應。
- 英文摘要: The relationship between the growth of mango fruits and the endogenous GA (gibberellic acid),auxin and ABA (abscisic acid)-like substances was studies. The effect of treatments of the aqueous solu-tions of GA , NAd (naphthalene-acetamide) and b-NoA (b-naphthoxyacetic acid) onto the fruits on thefruit setting was also observed. Higher activity of GA and auxins was found in the Taiwan native mangoes than in the Haden andIrwin cultivars at the young fruit stage regardless of dropped or non-dropped fruits. A reverse tendency wasfound in ABA-like activity. Analysis of the calyx, pulp and seed showed that GA and auxins activities were presented in thegreatest quantity in the seed. Activity of GA and auxins in the calyx of three cultivars was much lower thanin the pulp and seed,and diminished quickly after fruit enlarging. However, high ABA-like activity wasfound at the young fruit and ripening stages. Severe responseswere found in the calyx of seedless droppedHaden mangoes. The promotion of exogenous promotors on fruit setting was obtained by treatment of GA3+NAdand GA3+b-NoA onto the fruits at the young fruit stage.No significant response, however,was inducedby GA3 or auxins alone.
