- 英文摘要: Modification of solid and liquid epoxy resins was carried out with acrylic acid in semibatch process, and the modified resin was cured with styrene. It was found that the curing temperature is lower and the curing time is shorter than for traditional epoxy resin curing processes. The composite materials prepared from the modified epoxy resin have a higher mechanical strength and a greater electrical resistance. The effects of agitation, temperature and catalysts on modification are investigated, and the kinetics of modifying reaction is also studied. The apparent activation energy of 0.13kcal/mole was obtained from Arrhenius equation.
