滾柱軸承滾柱端面與套環凸?接觸面之潤滑

當一滾柱軸承受一徑向及軸向荷重之聯合負載時,其套環凸?與滾柱端面所發生之潤滑問題,在此以理論配合實驗 加以研究。其中發生接觸之滾柱端面與凸?面之磨損與否,對潤滑所生之影響,也加考慮。而潤滑油之黏度?常數,或 隨壓力而變所生之潤滑效果,也加以研究。從所得之結果顯示出,剛性而平坦之滾柱端面與凸?面,只要發生一傾斜角 ,便可獲得潤滑效果'而經磨損之滾柱端面及凸?,無論傾斜角度是否存在,也能發生潤滑效果。但是,因凸?接觸面 之摩擦,對滾柱所生之力偶,所做成滾柱端面與凸?面間之歪斜角,開始時會降低潤滑效果而生磨損,但經磨損後之滾 柱端面及凸?面,?加強了潤滑效果。

The lubrication of roller end to rib contact in a roller bearing which is subjected to combined radial and axial loads is studied by theoretical and experimental approaches. Both the flat- and worn- ended rollers and ribs (also called flanges) are included. Furthermore, both isoviscous and piezo-viscous hydrodynamic lubrication is taken into account. Both the experimental and theoretical results show that the lubricant film exists in the contact, whichever of the surface conditions is considered, in case the roller tilts a small angle due to the axial load. At the same time, the roller is twisted by the friction couple on rib contacts. The twisted angle of the roller causes the roller end and rib surfaces to rub against each other. Finally, the rubbing effect makes the contact surfaces become worn, which can improve the lubricating effect in the roller end to rib contacts.
