- 英文摘要: Apolipoprotein A-I (ApoA-I), the major proteincomponent of serum high-density lipoprotein (HDL), exhibitsits anti-inflammatory activity in inflammatory responses. Asrenal inflammation plays an important role in ischemia/reperfusion (I/R) injury of the kidney, the aim of this study wasto investigate the beneficial effect of ApoA-I on renal I/Rinjury in rats and the underlined mechanism. Using rats subjectedto renal I/R by occlusion of bilateral renal pedicles, wefound that administration of ApoA-I significantly reducedserum creatinine levels, serum TNF-a and IL-1b levels as wellas tissue myeloperoxidase (MPO) activity, compared withI/R controls. Moreover, ApoA-I treatment suppresses theexpression of intercellular adhesion molecules-1 (ICAM-1)and P-selectin on endothelium, thus diminishing neutrophiladherence and the subsequent tissue injury. These resultsshowed that ApoA-I reduced I/R-induced inflammatoryresponses, decreased renal microscopic damage and improvedrenal function. It seems likely thatApoA-I protects kidney fromI/R injury by inhibiting inflammatory cytokines release andneutrophil infiltration and activation.
