- 英文摘要: In 21 dogs anesthetized with sodium pentobarbital, the abdominal circulation was isolated and perfused with constant arterial inflow. The changes in perfusion pressure and venous outflow reflect the resistance and capacitance response, respectively. An intra-arterial bolus injection of nitroglycerin in a dose of 30, 60 and 90 /Jg/kg caused respectively a decrease in perfusion pressure of 32.6?.2, 42.2?.8 and 46.8?.1 (mean崆E) mm Hg, and an increase in splanchnic vascular volume of 33.6?.2, 40.8?.2 and 43.6?.4ml. The latter volume change corresponds respectively to a value of 4.1 ?.3, 5.0?.4 and 5.3?.4 ml/kg-body wt. The effects of nitroglycerin on the resistance and capacitance vessels were transient, lasting less than 75 sec. Hydralazine elicited a biphasic decrease in vascular resistance: a rapid decrease in perfusion pressure followed by a partial recovery and then a slow long-lasting decline. The steady-state decrease in perfusion pressure produced by hydralazine, 2.5, 5 and 7.5 mg/kg, was 29.2?.2, 44.8?.0 and 47.1 ?.8 mm Hg, respectively. Hydralazine did not cause any discernible change in venous outflow. The results indicate that nitroglycerin acts to dilate both resistance and capacitance vessels in the splanchnic vascular bed. Hydralazine causes a sustained arteriolar dilatation, but does not significantly affect the vascular capacitance.
