- 中文摘要: 本文探討味精發酵廢液中所含抗解有機高分子及有色物質的理化特性。色層分析的結果,顯示有色之抗解有機高分子(定義為l00%【(COD-BOD)∕ COD】),主要出現於高分子量(約為1.2×10 )的位置。本實驗發現廢水中大多數的、有色物質(113g/L)不溶於甲醇。這些物質可以以市售之高分子物經由絮聚的方式有效地由廢水中去除。本研究亦討論以由微生物所分泌的高分子物質去除這些有色物質的可行性。
- 英文摘要: The characteristics of the resistant organic polymers in the liquid waste of monosodium glutamatefermentation were examined. The result of gel chromatographic analysis reveals that the resistant coloredorganic polymers, defined as 100% [(COD-BOD)/COD], are located mainly in the region correspondingto higher molecular weight (about 1.2xl0 ). It is found that most of the colored materials contained inthe waste liquid are methanol insoluble (113 g/L), and can be removed effectively by a commercial polymerthrough flocculation. The feasibility of removing these materials using extracellular polymers secreted bymicroorganisms is discussed.
