利用轉爐渣及氧化二鐵粉末對爐銑作爐外脫磷的研究

一般LD轉爐煉鋼法,隨鋼種不同,吹煉溫度亦不相同,但大致上其溫度範圍約在1,600℃上下,在如此高的溫度下,P和C的氧化反應將同時進行,若想要煉製高C低P的高級鋼種時,便有其困難之處,本文試以CaCO3, Fe2O3粉末及轉爐爐渣,Fe2O3粉末兩種造渣劑對熔銑預作爐外的脫P處理,以探討其可行性。 使用轉爐爐渣作為造渣劑的目的,是希望對渣中含量甚高的CaO(約佔50%)予以有效的再利用。實驗結果顯示:對熔銑作爐外脫P的最佳處理條件為鹽基度=3.0,T=1,300℃,FeTOTAL=16%,在此條件下以CaCO3, Fe2O3粉末熔煉25分鐘後,〔P〕含量從0.12%降至0.056%,若以轉爐爐渣及Fe2O3粉末處理30分鐘後,〔P〕含量從0.12%降至0.076%。

The blowing temperature which is used forBOF steelmaking depends largely on what kindof steel we are going to produce, yet we stillcan tell the blowing temperature should besomewhere around 1600℃ at which decarburiza-tion would take place almost exactly the sametime as dephosphorization would do. So itwould cause a lot of problems while we aretrying to produce high carbon and low phos-phorus steel. In this project, two kinds of dephosphorizingreagent which are: (a) lime stone, iron oxide,fluospar (b) BOF slag, iron oxide, fluo-spar willbe used. The aim of using BOF slag is tryingto reuse the high content of lime in it. Aboveall, the dephosphorization are designed to takeplace prior to the BOF blowing procedure. The result show that the optimum treatingcondition are: Basicity=3.0, Temperature=1300℃, %Fer=16% and the final contents ofphosphorus in the hot metal will be 0.056% and0.076% respectively for A type and B typedephosphorizing reagent. By using ionic theory to predict the finalcontent of phosphorus in the liquid steel whichhas been blown by BOF steelmaking procedure,we find that the deviation from the actual valueof phosphorus content in the steel are negligible.
