s - 英文摘要: The trapping of ion-implanted deuterium by lattice damage in gold is investigated at temperaturesfrom 300 to 550 K. The retention of deuterium in the overlayers can be as high as 117% of target atomdensity at room temperature and decreases as the temperature of the sample is increased. The averagediameter of blisters is 500 nm with a density of 4x10 cm at room temperature. It is found that thesize of blisters decreases and that the density of blisters increases as the temperature of the gold sampleis increased.
