- 中文摘要: A novel host reagent of b-cyclodextrin-2,4-dihydroxyacetophenone-phenylhydrazine(b-CDP-DHPH) was synthesized and characterized by IR and 1H NMR spectra. A highly selective and sensitive spectrofluorimetric determination of trace amounts of cadmium was proposed based on the reaction between Cd2+ and b-CDP-DHPH at pH 10.0. The molar ratio of b-CDP-DHPH to Cd2+ was 1:1. The linear range of this method was 0.56-120 mg·L-1 with a detection limit of 0.20 mg·L-1. The interferences of 39 common ions in the determination of cadmium were investigated, and the results showed that the host reagent had a quite high selectivity. This method was rapid and simple in determination of trace amounts of cadmium in mineral, tap and river water.
