- 中文摘要: 使用超微小電極(尖徑0,5u )記錄鯽魚離體心房及心室肌細胞電位。觀察Acetylcholine及Adrenaline之作用。Acetylcholine (10-7 gm/ml )對心房肌細胞有縮短活動電位期閒,增加靜止電位及減小節律之作用,Atropine有抵抗作用。但Acetylcholine對心室肌細胞電位卻無顯著作用。Adrenaline (10-6-10-5gm/ml )對心房及心室肌細胞電位有增加括動電位期間及plateau phase,而propranolol有抵抗作用,但phenoxybenzamine卻無抵抗作用。依據所得結果,推定自主神經液體傳遊物質對心肌細電位之作用,鯽魚和哺乳動物抑或兩棲類相似。
- 英文摘要: The action potential 'of isolated atria and ventricles of 'golden carp was recordedby means of a microelectrode technique. Acetylcholine (10-7 g/ml) shortened theaction potential duration, increased the resting potential and decreased the rate ofspontaneous beating of the atrium. The effect of acetylcholine was antagonized byatropine. The ventricle, however, was insensitive to acetylcholine. Adrenaline(10-6-10-5g/ml) increased the amplitude of the plateau phase and prolonged theaction potential duration of both atrial and ventricular fibers. Propranolol antagonizedthe adrenaline effect, while phenoxybenzamine did not. Actions of acetylcholineand adrenaline on action potentials of atrial and ventricular fibers are similar be-tween golden carp, mammals and amphibia.
