- 中文摘要: 自行車內變速器是其傳動系統的重要部件之一,一般是以行星齒輪系做為變速機構。本文之目的在於提出一系統化的程序,建立自行車內變速器之行星齒輪系目錄,以供開發與設計之用。文中首先歸納內變速器的基本特性;其次發展一系統化的合成程序,自齒輪運動鏈目錄列出可用的齒輸運動鏈,並安裝機架剔除含有浮動贅餘元件與浮動行星臂的齒輪系,得到完整的可用行星齒輪系圖集。
- 英文摘要: A multi-speed bicycle drive hub includes a hub shaft, a driver, a hub sleeve, and a planetary geartrain as parts of the speed-changing transmission. The first step in the design of a bicycle drive hub isto enumerate all the admissible planetary gear trains that can provide a set of desired speed ratios.Here, the kinematic structural characteristics of admissible planetary gear trains are identified first.Next, an efficient methodology is formulated to systematically enumerate all the possible configurationsof such mechanisms.As a result, an atlas of planetary gear trains with up to eight links is con-structed. The results of this research are helpful in the development of new multi-speed bicycle drivehubs.
