- 英文摘要: A setup with two dissolved oxygen sensors for on-line measurement of the oxygen uptake rate in an aerobic microbial fermentation system was developed. An external loop with two dissolved oxygen sensors was linked to the fermentor. A gas-liquid separator was designed and installed in front of the dissolved oxygen sensors. The oxygen uptake rate was determined from the measured data of the dissolved oxygen without using gas analyzers.
