- 中文摘要: 由臺灣赤楊根瘤所分離之放射線菌內部共生物將其定名為Frankia sp. AfI1。此內生物於純粹培養時所具之形態特徵以及生長時之營養需求皆和以往由非豆科木本植物根瘤所分得之Frankia相似。Frankia sp. AfI1具感染和促使赤楊幼苗形成根瘤之能力,但卻無法感染木麻黃、胡頹子和臺灣馬桑。由Frankia sp. AfI1誘使臺灣赤楊所產生之根瘤具固氮能力,其固氮效率在0.6到4.9 μmole (方程式無法摘錄) ·h ·g 之間,這和其所澆灌之營養液中所含之硫酸氨濃度成反比。
- 英文摘要: An actinomycete endophyte isolated from nodules of Alnus formosana was designated as Frankiasp. AfI1. The endophyte in axenic culture possessed morphological characters and phydological growthrequirements comparable to previously described Frankia spp.isolated from other non-leguminous acti-norhizal woody plants. Frankia sp. AfI1 was capable of infecting and nodulating the aspetic red alder seed-lings but unable to infect Casuarina equisetifolia, Coriaria intermedia, and Elaegnus formosana as indicatedby cross inoculation tests. Nodules of A. formosana induced by Frankia sp. AfI1 also showed the nitrogen-fixation capacity, with a fixation rate ranging from 0.6 to 4.9 μmole (方程式無法摘錄) h .g , which reversely corre-lated to the concentration of (方程式無法摘錄) in the irrigating nutrient solution.
