基鉻7可由6經無水硫酸銅脫水而得。7之x-射線晶體結構已解析出,其空間群為P bca,a=10.966(2)A, b=12.595
(1)A, c=26,137 (3)A, Z=8.7之乙烯基與環外碳呈現1,3'-之構型,而其弗洛笙基中之二茂基Cp(Fe)與相會(Eclipsed)
構型呈現7°之旋轉角度。

Friedel-Crafts acetylation of [ -(ferrocenylmethyl)cyclopentadienyl] dicarbonylnitrosylchromium
(hereafter called cynichrodenylferrocenylmethane) has afforded(1'-acetylferrocenyl)-cynichrodenyl-
methane 5 in 63% yield. Reduction of 5 with sodium borohvdride gives 1-[1'-(cvnichrodenvlmethyl)
ferrocenyl] etnanot 6. Denyaration of 6 proauces[ -(1' -vinylferrocenyl)metnyl] cyclopentaalenyl]
dicarbonylnitrosylchromium 7, a promising organometallic monomer, in 80% yield. The structure of 7
has been solved by an X-rav diffraction study: space grouo P bca, a=10.966(2)A, b=12.595(1)A,
c=26.1137(3)A,and Z=8. lne vinyl group and the exocyclic carbon are in the 1,3 -configuration with
an average rotation of 7° of the corresponaing Cp(Fe) rings from the ecupsea configuration.
