- 中文摘要: 本文介紹以微電腦IBM PC/AT?系統所發展的CMM與CAD/CAM雙向整合連線方法。 (1)由三次元量測儀(CMM)至CAD/CAM的電腦整合研究方面: 此部分包括三維自由曲面的量測,圖形處理,及NC加工路徑的自動產生,以及二維半工件的量測及圖形處理。自 行發展了一套CMADM軟體,可與AUTOCAD, MICAD, SMARTCAM, SURFCAM等套裝軟體連線。 (2)由CAD/CAM至CMM的電腦整合研究方面: 此部分以AUTOCAD?發展工具,先建立工件的三維或二維半圖形,再自動產生三維工件的量測路徑;或對二維 半工件以自行發展的AUTOPROBE軟體來規畫量測路徑,此量測程序可轉換?DMIS標準格式。所有量測程式配上 適當的後處理程式即可驅動三次元量測儀執行自動量測。
- 英文摘要: This paper describes work carried out on a microcomputer, the IBM PC/AT, for a bi-directional system integration of CAD/CAM, and CMM (coordinate measuring machine). For the integration from CMM to CAD/CAM, the geometry of the workpiece is initially digitized by the CMM and then transferred through a DXF file to the program CMADM (for CMm-CAD-CAM integration), enhanced CAD/CAM software developed for this work, for subsequent data processing and cutter path generation. For integration from CAD/CAM to CMM, this system employs AutoCAD and SmartCAM software as the CAD/CAM tool for any workpiece of interest. The inspection path can be initially planned and verified by a program called 'AutoProbe'. This machine-independent inspection path is first converted into DMIS form, which can then drive the measuring equipment through the proper post-processor to perform automatic dimensional inspection on the workpiece. This system has been successfully linked with a DCC type CMM for automatic inspection. The workpiece can have either a 3D free-form surface or a 2 1/2D constructed surface.
