植物生長素對於矮性胡椒子實產量之影響

本試驗之目的在研討植物生長素對於不同遮蔭下矮性胡椒(Piper nigrum L.)生殖生長及子實產量之影響,其結果如次: 1·不同遮蔭下植株開花前噴灑 p-CPA 5, 25, 50 ppm或 GA 100 ppm, 2, 4-D 10 ppm可促進結果。以在1/4遮蔭下噴灑 GA 100 ppm結果最多。 2.在1/4或無遮蔭下植株開花時噴灑 2,4,5-T 100 ppm,phosphoric acid 350 ppm, IBA10 ppm或NAD 10 ppm可促進結果。 3.在1/2或1/4遮蔭下植株開花前噴灑植物生長素可增加乾子實產量。在1/2遮蔭下可噴灑GA 1,000 ppm 。在1/4遮蔭下則噴灑 2, 4-D 10 ppm, p-CPA 25 ppm, 50 ppm, 5 ppm或GA 100 ppm。 4.在1/2或1/4遮蔭下植株開花時噴灑植物生長素可促進乾子實產量。在1/2遮蔭下宜噴灑NAD 10 ppm或2,4,5-T 100 ppm。1/4遮蔭下則噴灑IBA 10 ppm。 5.綜合不同遮蔭及噴灑時期,植物生長素效果之比較:在1/2遮蔭下植株開花時噴灑2,4,5-T 100 ppm可增加果穗長。無遮蔭開花前噴灑 GA 100 ppm可使果實增大。無遮蔭開花前噴麗 GA 1,000 ppm可增加百粒重。

The purposes of this study were to findthe influences of plant growth regulators onthe reproductive growth and fruiting of thedwarf type pepper, Piper nigrum L., underdifferent shelters. The results were summarizedas follows: 1 .Application of para-chlorophenoxyaceticacid (p-CPA) 5 ppm, 25 ppm, 50 ppm, gibberellicacid (GA ) 100 ppm or 2, 4-dichlorophenoxy-acetic acid (2,4-D) 10 ppm to pre-floral plantspromoted the fruit setting under differentshelters. Under quarterly shelter, GA 100 ppmtreatment obtained the greatest fruit setting. 2. Application of 2, 4, 5-trichlorophenoxy-acetic acid (2, 4,5-T) 100 ppm, phosphoric acid350 ppm, β-indolebutyric acid (IBA) 10 ppm orα-napthaleneacetamide 10 ppm to floweringplants also promoted the fruit setting underquarterly shelter or no shelter. 3 .Before flowering, the plant growth regu-lator treatments increased the yields of dry berryunder half shelter or quarterly shelter. Underhalf shelter, GA 1,000 ppm spray was recom-mended. Under quarterly shelter 2, 4-D 10 ppm,p-CPA 25 ppm, 50 ppm, 5 ppm or GA 100 ppmspray was beneficial to the yield of dry berry. 4. The treatments of plant growth re-gulators on flowering plants promoted the yieldsof dry berry under half shelter or quarterlyshelter. Under half shelter, NAD 10 ppm or2,4,5-T 100 ppm spray showed the mostfavorable effect on the yield of dry berry.Under quarterly shelter, IBA l0 ppm sprayshowed the best result. 5. As to different shelters, different plantgrowth regulators and two spray stages: 2, 4, 5-T100 ppm spray on flowering plants increased thelength of fruiting spike under half shelter. GA 100 ppm spray on not bloossoming plants underno shelter increased berry, size. GA 1000 ppmspray on not bloossoming plants under noshelter increased the weight of one hundreddry berries.
