- 中文摘要: 以鈦為基材的二氧化鉛電極(Ti/PbO/sub 2/)係一價廉而優良之白金代用陽極,唯在製備此種電極時,可能產生鈦的氧化物膜,而造成電阻過高及電極性能不佳; 本文以導電性的氧化物膜來處理鈦基材,可以改善上述問題。並利用此種改良Ti/PbO/sub 2/電極取代白金陽極,來電解氧化氯酸鹽以製備過氯酸鹽,比較兩種陽極之優劣; 實驗結果顯示改良之Ti/PbO/sub 2/陽極具有極低之電能損耗,因此極具工業價值。又實驗發現,陰極材料對此電解系統之電流效率有顯著的影響,銅陰極比不鋼陰極具有較高的電流效率。
- 英文摘要: A modified Ti/PbO/sub 2/ electrode was prepared by introducing an electrically conductive metal oxide film between the deposited PbO/sub 2/ and the Ti substrate. Electrolytic production of perchlorate from chlorate using the modified Ti/PbO/sub 2/ as an anode was investigated and the results were compared with that using the Pt anode. It is found that the material of the cathode significantly affects the current efficiency of this process. Using copper as the cathode in this process had a higher current efficiency than using stainless steel as the cathode.
