- 中文摘要: 本論文以六端點量測觀念,建立一使用三探點微帶電路之五端點寬頻網路分析儀,用以由三探點量測功率值,求得測試微波元件之反射及穿透係數。包含耦合及負載效應之量測系統校準參數,可由建立之校準法則,以三個已知特性之負載元件,及一個理想負載,或一個不理想負載求得。實驗結果顯示,於2至lOGHz頻率範圍,與HP8510B網路分析儀量測結果一致。論文中並討論三探點微帶電路之設計方法,以及由雜音靈敏度考量量測頻寬。
- 英文摘要: In this paper a wideband five-port network analyzer using a microstrip three-probe circuit is developed basedon the general six-port measurement concept. The reflection and transmission coefficients of the test device aredetermined from power values measured at three microstrip coupling probes. Calibration parameters to accountfor the coupling and loading effects in the measurement system are acquired using three known terminations andeither a perfect or an imperfect load. Experimental results from 2 to 10 GHz are shown to be in good agreementwith those obtained using an HP8510B automatic network analyzer. The design rule for the microstrip three-probecircuit and the operation bandwidth are discussed based on noise sensitivity considerations.
