- 中文摘要: 利用 Azure A 染色方法鑑定為害蝴蝶蘭之胡瓜嵌紋病毒,於感染組織內可以發現許多不同大小之內含體被染成紫紅色,有些內含體為中央空心之典型胡瓜嵌紋病毒內含體,這些內含體在電子顯微鏡下觀察,乃是由很多病毒顆粒聚集而成。在感病組織內,葉肉組織比表皮組織含有更多之內含體,在勒皮組織內亦含有多量之內含體,此種內含體並局限存在於未完全展開之新葉內。進一步以超薄切片變法直接觀察在光學顯微鏡下看到之內含體微細構造,血清方法之螢光抗體顯微鏡法及免疫電子顯微鏡標示法更可明確地鑑定胡瓜嵌紋病毒之感染,也佐證 Azure A 染色法之正確性。
- 英文摘要: A cucumber mosaic virus (CMV) infection was found in Phalaenopsis by using the Azure A stainingmethod. Angular shaped, densely stained inclusions of variable sizes were seen in the infected tissues.These inclusions crystals of virus aggregations, were much more abundant in mesophyll than epidermalcells of the infected plants. They also occurred abundantly in the phloem cells and were limited in thenewly emerged immature leaves. The identity of CMV was further ascertained by immunofluorescencemicroscopy, modified thin sectioning, and immunogold labelling of electron microscopy.
