對休克血漿心肌抑制作用之影響

The influence of dopamine on thecardiovascular action of the shock plasmawas studied on the isolated rabbit papillarymuscle and superior mesenteric artery. Shockplasma was obtained from rabbits in theterminal state of hemorrhagic shock. It wasfound that shock plasma suppressed the con-tractility of the papillary muscle and increasedthe tension of the arterial strip. Both themyocardial depressant and the vasoconstrict-ing effects of the shock plasma could be sup-pressed or abolished completely by dopamine.Shock plasma obtained from rabbits pretreatedwith dopamine (20 μg/Kg/min, I.V.) hadneither myocardial depressant nor vasocon-stricting effect. Results of the study suggestthat dopamine counteracts the action andprevents the production of the cardiovascularacting substances produced by hemorrhagicshock.
