- 中文摘要: 在5×10mm Hg之真空下,用三點加熱將碲與鎘同時蒸著在不同溫度之食鹽(NaCl)單晶與雲母基板上,其新剝開面各為(100)與(00)。Cd(g)與(g)之蒸氣壓均為10 mm Hg,基板溫度自室溫至325C,每隔25C製取一個樣品,共得12組樣品。每組樣品中,蒸著在食鹽單晶上者,用電子顯微鏡測其結晶狀況;蒸著在雲母上者用X-光繞射儀檢驗薄膜組成,並測量其厚度以決定附著速率,測量其電阻係數與霍爾效應以決定載子動率。部份薄膜在500C,+Cd氣體下,或用Cakenberghe法熱處理1小時後測定其對結構與電性之影響。實驗結果顯示各種基板溫度下均有CdTe與Te兩相同時存在,且Te相之量不可忽略;晶性良好,共晶形為立方體,其與食鹽(100)面平行之面為(111)與(220)面,優先方位為〔111〕,〔110〕與〔311〕三種。在雲母上生長之薄膜當基板溫度低於225C時,〔111〕與〔311〕之優先方位同時存在,而基板溫度高於225C以後,〔311〕方位消失而只存〔111〕方位與雲母之〔00〕方位平行。薄膜之電阻係數在0.5-cm左右,現出碲的導電特性;載子動率在2~10cm/v-sec左右;載子濃度約為10cm;其導電型式均為P型。基板溫度愈高所得顆粒大小隨之增加,但附著速率則顯著下降,第一類型熱處理使薄膜之顆粒變大,電阻係數略為降低,而對其導電型式則無影響。Cakenberghe 法熱處理使載子動率增加五倍以上,但因載子濃度大為降低,致使電阻係數增加。
- 英文摘要: Experimental and theoretical studies on friction and lubrication behaviour ofspray coated frictional metal films have been made. Surface roughness effect onhydrodynamic .pressure distribution of short porous journal bearing has been studiedtheoretically: Plasma and Rototec cold spray processes were used on experimentalwork. Graphite and PTFE solid lubricants mixed with bronze powder were appliedas spray coatings. Results are shown that the surface roughness may improve hydrodynamic pres-sure distribution for a short porous journal bearing;the bronze coating impregnatedwith solid lubricant can lower its coefficient of friction;however, with regard tothe influence on friction by spray coating layer thickness, there is no significantresult being investigated.
