- 中文摘要: 肌電圖是步態分析中評估肌肉特性的一重要因素。本研究的目的在於利用肌電圖去評估正常成人於跑步機上步行相對於平地步行的習慣性研究。首先將肌電訊號以線性封波方式表示,以合乎生理意義及係數估計。肌電線性封波的產生是經由肌電原始訊號經頻通濾波、全波整流、積分及正規化等過程。受測者的肌電線性封波的整體平均值及肌電線性封波的變異比率,將用以分析肌電訊號的重覆性,並定量正常人於跑步機上步行之習慣性的過程。研究結果顯示於12分鐘的習慣性量測期間,受測者的脛前肌群都未能達到穩定習慣性的步態,然而大部份小腿肚肌群於實驗後2分鐘皆可達到習慣性的步態。此外,由肌電圖也可觀察到跑步機上行走時肌電相位活動樣式的變化情形。
- 英文摘要: Electromyography (EMG) is an essential tool for assessing muscle performance in human locomotion.The aim of this research is to utilize EMG for assessing the habituaion processes of normal adults duringtreadmill walking compared to floor walking. In this research, EMG activity is presented in linear envelope(LE) form to meet physiological meanings and parameter estimation. The EMG LE is generated from theraw EMG signal through band-pass filtering, rectifying, integration, and normalization procedures. Theensemble averaging of EMG LEs is used to demonstrate the pooled data of six normal subjects. The varianceratio (VR) of the EMG LE is applied to analyze the repeatability of EMG activity and thus to quantifythe habituation process of normal adults walking on a treadmill. The habituation results indicated that nopretibial group reached a steady state during 12 minutes of treadmill walking. However the majority ofcalf groups habituated after 2 minutes of treadmill walking. In addition, changes in EMG phasic activitiescould be observed for both pretibial and calf groups during treadmill walking.
