宜蘭縣南澳?山胞絛蟲病之流行及治療

民國69年暑期在宜蘭縣南澳鄉利用問?配合條蟲標本及玻璃膠紙肛圍擦拭法,從事山胞絛蟲病之調?,患者給予瘧滌平予以治療。現將獲得結果簡介于下: 1. 在六村落共檢?山胞2,583人,陽性者701人,平均傳染率27%。男性之傳染率(29%)顯較女性者(25%)?高。 各年齡群均有患者,傳染率隨年?而增高。 2. 在療後51位送檢大便標本中,共檢出條蟲112條,其中69條(62%)具有頭節,43條(38%)無頭節。?人排出1-13條蟲體不等,平均?人排出蟲體2.2條。 3. 在51位受檢患者中,30位各排出1條蟲體;21人各排出多條蟲體,因此,重複傳染率41% (21 / 51)。其中三位嚴 重患者,分別排出8,9,及13條蟲。 4. 67條具有頭節蟲體之長度,平均?條長303cm ; 36條無頭節蟲體,平均?條長194cm 。 5. 69條具有頭節之體重,平均?條重18gm ; 43條無頭節蟲體,平均?條重14gm 。 6. 51位患者,經過仔細之追問,其中40人均否認吃過牛肉。因此,傳播本病之中間宿主,迄未明瞭。 總之,南澳地區山胞之條蟲病,仍屬高度之流行區,重複傳染率頗高。因此,不僅嚴重影響了山胞之健康,同時已形成了該區公共衛生上極重要之問題。究竟何種野生動物?該蟲之天然中間宿主,則亟需進一?之研究。

Survey and treatment of taeniasis among the aborigines in the Nan-ao area, I-lan county were made in the summer vacation of 1980. A questionaire and tapeworm specimen and scotch tape perianal swab techniques were used, and an effective drug, atabrine (quinacrine) was given to the detected cases. Results obtained are summarized as follows: (1) the general infection rate of Taenia sp. was 27 per cent in 2,583 aborigines. (2) The rate in males (29%) was significantly higher than in the females (25%). (3) Taenia infection was found in all age-groups, the increase in rate was roughly parallel to the increase in age. (4) 112 tapeworms were expelled from 51 cases, the number of the expelled worms varied from l'to 13, averaging 2.2 worms per case. (5) 30 out of 51 cases each expelled one worm, and 21 other cases expelled more worms,giving a multiple infection rate of 41.2 per cent.(6) The length of 67 worms with scolices was 303 cm per worm, and of 36 worms without scolices was 194 cm per worm. (7) The weight of 69 worms with scolices was 18 gm per worm, and 43 worms without scolices was 14 gm per worm, and (8) 51 cases of taeniasis were traced carefully; 40 of them denied having a history of eating beef. Generally speaking, taeniasis is still highly prevalent among the aborigines in Nan-ao area, I-lan county. - Therefore, it constitutes one of the most important public health problems there. Multiple infection is frequent. The infection was probably acquired by eating raw meat of wild animals. What kind of animals is the intermediate host in nature? to clarify this point, a further investigation is absolutely necessary.
