- 中文摘要: 本研究係利用具專一性的生長激素抗體進行免疫細胞化學染色以鑑別倉鼠之生長激素細胞。免疫螢光染色結果顯示生長激素細胞呈圓或橢圓形。細胞通常聚集成群。免疫電子鏡染色採用immunoperoxidase及immunobold二種方法來染出含生長激素的顆粒。用此二法所得結果均顯示生長激素細胞內含二群大小不同之顆粒,其直徑分別為90-150 nm及280-320 nm。此顆粒常分布於胞質邊綠或集中於鄰近血管端的胞質。此類細胞具扁平槽狀的粗面內質網和中等程度發達的高基氏器。不同性別的腦下腺前葉中,生長激素細胞所佔百分比無顯著差異。相鄰切片以催乳激素抗體及生長激素抗體染色,其結果顯示倉鼠的催乳激素及生長激素係由不同型細胞所分泌。
- 英文摘要: Somatotrophs or growth hormone (GH) cells in the adenohypophysis of golden hamsters were iden-tified by immunocytochemical staining with polyclonal rabbit anti-human GH. They were oval or columnarin shape, and had secretory granules of two size ranges, 90-150 nm and 280-320 nm, which were presentin the same cells; no subtypes of GH cells were observed. Secretory granules were located in the peripheralportion of the cytoplasm or concentrated at the vascular pole of the cell. Flattened cisternae of the roughendoplasmic reticulum in parallel array and a moderately developed Golgi apparatus were often found inthe cytoplasm. No sex difference was noticed in the population ratio of GH cells. Immunocytochemicalstaining with anti-GH or anti-prolactin (PRL) antibodies on separate adjacent sections revealed that the GHand PRL were stored in two different cell types.
