- 英文摘要: Experiments were conducted to investigate the solid-liquid mass transfer behavior in a draft-tube gas-liquid-solid spouted bed. A draft tube of 10.16cm ID was coaxially situated in a column of 15.24cm ID. A concentric-tube gas-liquid injector was employed for the spouted bed. Dissolution of benzoic acid pellets into water was used to obtain the solid-liquid mass transfer coefficient in the bed. The in-bed benzoic acid concentration was examined to justify the use of a continuous-flow stirred-tank reactor (SCTR) model in the evaluation of the mass transfer coefficient in this study. Effects of operating parameters, including gas and liquid flow rates, solid particle size, and solids loading, on the solid-liquid mass transfer coefficient were analyzed. An empirical equation was proposed to correlate the solid-liquid mass transfer coefficient in the draft-tube, two-phase and three-phase spouted beds. Comparisons of the mass transfer coefficients among the liquid-solid fluidized bed, gas-liquid-solid fluidized bed, and draft-tube gas-liquid-solid spouted bed were also made.
