韓國人參根癒合組織之誘導培養與再分化形成不定根

韓國人參(Panax ginseng, C A. Meyer)根組織經含Murashige-Skoog無機鹽、White有機配方,myo-inositol 100 mg/l,蔗糖3%,agar 1%,2,4-D 5 mg/l和kinetin 2 mg/l的培養基(pH 5.7)誘導,得癒合組織和根狀突起。此癒合組織在只含2,4-D 1 mg/l之培養基中能大量增殖,根狀突起也形成多數不定根。於含2,4-D 5 mg/l和kinetin 2 mg/l的培養基已有根狀突起者,移入含NAA 1 mg/l和kinetin 0.05 mg/l之MS培養基中,根狀突起也形成不定根,不定根增長並有分枝和根毛出現。

Methods were described for starting andmaintaining callus tissue cultures from roots ofPanax ginseng, C. A. Meyer. Calli were inducedfrom root tissue in a basal medium containingMurashige-Skoog salts, White's organic, myo-insitol 100 mg/l, sucrose 30 g/l, agar 10 g/l,2,4-D 5 g/l and kinetin 2 mg/l. Rootlike pro-truberance occurred at later stage of culturing.Fast proliferation of calli and adventitious rootproduction occurred when explants were trans-ferred to the basal medium supplemented eitherwith 1 mg/l 2,4-D only or with 2 mg/l NAAand 0.05 mg/l kinetin. Branching and formingof root hairs of some adventitious root havebeen observed.
