- 英文摘要: Silicalite membranes were prepared by the in-situ synthesis using sols as the starting solution on three porous a- and g- alumina substrates. The membranes were characterized by XRD, SEM, TEM and electron microprobe analysis. XRD patterns of the silicalite membrane prepared on the three substrates are in agreement with the pattern reported for MFI zeolite. A fairly compact and uniform intergrown crystals layer has been observed. In addition, for substrates with sufficiently large pore size, silicalite crystals filled the pores relatively loosely due to the partial penetration of the starting sol into the pores while only surface coverage were observed for dense or small pore substrates.
