- 中文摘要: 我們曾表過Aspergillus terrcus之培養基的chloroform抽出液有藍色螢光代謝產物(暫稱CI C2)。利用TLC展開時得悉該物質的Rf和aflatoxin B1:相同。C1對於小白鼠腹腔內注射時顯tremorgenic作用,在這報告:(1)改良C1 C2分離的方法(2) CI, C2之分子量為508, 528兩者都沒有nitrogen(3) C1之毒性及tremor-genic作用比C2強,依據兩者的物理化學性質及毒作用C1及C2構造極類似。(除了C1及C2 chloroform抽出液還有C3 C4的藍色螢光物質,木報告介紹這些藍色物質及aflatoxin的TLC鑑別方法。
- 英文摘要: In our previous report we have demonstrated the presence of blue flu-oresent compounds (tentatively named as C1, C2) in the chloroform extractof a strain of Aspergillus terreus, cultivated in a solid media of Shotwell. The compounds C1, and C2 have the same Rf values in the severalTLC systems as that of aflatoxin B1 One of these compounds, CZ wasfound to be tremorgenic, when injected intraperitoneally to mice. In thisreport(1),the method of the isolation of C1 and C2 has been revised (2) themolecular weight of C1, and C2 were demonstrated as 508 and 526 respectively.Both of them do not contain nitrogen (3) The compound C1 shows moretoxic and causes more severe tremor to mice than Cz does. From theirphysical, chemical and biological studies, it is suggested that C1 and C2are chemically related compounds (4). Besides C1 and C2,the chloroformextract of Aspergillus terreus has two more blue fluorescent compoundsnamed as C3 and C4. The method of TLC for differentiation of these bluefluorescent compounds has been described.
