素馨花及秀英花化學成分之研究

秀英花香味佳,本省作為包種茶賦香劑,但其學名未定,土橋叫它為Jasminum odoratissimumL.,秀英的葉與花皆比由法國移植臺彎的素馨小,新鮮的秀英花與素馨花,在室溫下各用正己烷抽取,所得花精油配合柱層色層分析及氣層色層分析,將主成分分離,並確認其構造,秀英花與素馨花的花精油成分極為相似,只是各成分含量稍微不同。

The Siu-eng flower cultivated in Taiwan isnoted for its fragrancy. The formal scientificnames are controversial. R. Tsuchihashi namedit as Jasminum odoratissimnm L. The flowerand leaf of Siu-eng are smaller than that of J.grandiflorum L. transplanted from France toTaiwan. Fresh flowers of Siu-eng and J. grandi-florum L. were extracted with n-hexane at roomtemperature. The absolute was analyzed by thecombination of silica gel column chromatographyand gas chromatography. The main compoundswere isolated and identified. The constituentsof the absolute of Siu-eng flower are similar tothe absolute of J. grandiflorum L. cultivated inTaiwan but the relative quantities are different.
