- 中文摘要: 以卡方(X )檢驗卜瓦松,負二項,Neyman A, Thomas及卜瓦松負二項分布是否符合褐飛蝨蟲數之頻度分布,發現第一期稻作初期入侵的族群符合卜瓦松分布,而六月中及二期作初期之長翅型成蟲族群,則可以負二項分布描述,然而,本省的褐飛蝨族群,似乎一直處於過度時期的狀態,因而無法以固定的分布模式來描述全期的空間分布型。雖然族群之個體分布顯然非負二項分布,但模擬試驗顯示,中等的樣品數常導致同樣結果,即樣品皆取自負二項分布。
- 英文摘要: The chi-square goodness of fit test is employed to test the fit of the Poisson, negative binomial,Neyman type A, Thomas and the Poisson negative binomial distributions to the observed frequency countsof the brown planthopper. The results indicated that the immigrant population in the early period of thefirst rice crop season followed the Poisson distribution. The negative binomial was appropriate for themacropterous adult populations observed in June in the first crop season and at the early period of thesecond crop season. The population structure of the pest insect seems always in a transitional period.Therefore, no fixed distribution model was appropriate for all situations. Simulation study showed that thegoodness of fit test based on a moderate size of sample often fails to reject the conclusion that the samplecomes from the negative binomial distribution, even though the population distribution shows a significantdeparture from it.
