梗稻臺中65號為輪迴親本,應用連續?交法7次,育成其早熟品系A3(具原含
於大同在來之早熟因子E)與B96(具原含於坊主5號之E),同時,臺中65號
種子經放射線誘變之早熟品系I 123(r線25KR,具E)與I 190(X線40KR,具
E)。此4個早熟品系皆較臺中65號早熟約10日,而具有早熟遺傳因子E,占有同
一因子座位。前者兩品系繼續?交臺中65號至20次,後者?交至5次。早熟不同?交
次數品系互相間雜交結果,部分組合出現少數之晚熟超越植株,此現象不但發現於早熟?
交品系間,而且早熟誘變品系間雜種亦見有類似現象。?交過程中選出具有「E部分因子」
品系若干個並互相間雜交結果,兩因子在Cis排列時始表現「E因子」作用,而且此等
因子間交換價為0.30%乃至1.32%,並且發現經交換合成新因子型間抽穗期之表現不
同。
本研究結果證實「E因子」座位為複合性質,含有若干小遺傳因子,因子間有交惑作
用存在。新合成早熟遺傳因子與原「E因子」對若干農藝性狀產生同樣作用。0 - 英文摘要: The early-maturing isogenic lines of rice, A3 (carrying E from Tatung-tsailai of northern Chinese variety), and B96 (carrying E from Bozu 5 ofJapanese variety) were obtained by repeated backcrossing for seven timesusing Taichung 65 (T65) as the recurrent parent. Further, the seeds of T65were irradiated with gamma-ray (25KR) and X-ray (40KR), and two early-maturing lines I123 (E) and I190 (E) were selected from M generations.These four early lines have the same earliness locus E, and showed earlierheading about 10 days than T65. Different numbers of additional backcrossesto T65 were then carryed until twenty times (for isogenic lines) or fivetimes (mutants). Some late segregants (T65 type) were appeared fromcrosses between early lines derived from different times of backcross gene-rations. This phenomenon is found not only in hybrid between isogeniclines but also in that between mutants. Experimental results suggested thateight lines (A3 etc.) slightly earlier than T65, each has a different fractionof the E gene-block (E etc.), and they work similarly as E gene whenthe two fractions are put together in "Cis". The crossover value among thesefractions are estimated for 0.30% to 1.23% so far as present studies areconcerned. Meanwhile, some of these lines newly-develpoed by crossing-overare differ in their heading expression. It may be concluded from above-mentioned that the E locus comprises various gene sites, and gene interactionswithin this complex locus are existed.
