- 中文摘要: The present article describes the design of an Internet learning environment in which users cooperatively create study notes. A note taking process incorporating an effective study procedure was adopted in the computer system design, and the system was implemented an experimental psychology course. Using the system, the members of a study group study and take notes according to the following procedure. (1) The members preview the learning materials and ask questions about the important information the materials convey. (2) The members discuss anddivide the materials into equal parts. (3) One member reads his/her share of material, answers the questions previously raised, and writes the answers in his/her notes. (4) Together, the members review and discuss the notes taken by each member, and integrate the notes so that each member has a copy. A questionnaire study was conducted to collect the attitudes toward the environment of a group of college students who were either taking the experimental psychology course or had taken the course before. The results of the study indicated that the subjects thought the system promoted learning effectiveness and interaction between group members.
