水稻品種對收穫時期之反應

嘉義農業試驗分所於民國70年第1 、 2期作調?水稻品種台農62號輿台農秈12號對不同收穫時期之反應。根據稻谷?量、容重量、發芽率、碾糙率、碾米率、完整米率及白米外觀之最佳表現推測此兩品種之收穫適期?出?後第1期作 30至35日,第2期作35至40日。在收穫適期?之稻谷水份含量、青谷率、與累積?度第1期作分別?17至21%、10至13% 與800至950℃,而第2期作分別?20至25%、10至12%與900至1000℃。容重量、發芽率、碾糙率、碾米率與完整米率之收穫時期與品種交感作用均達顯著水準,惟稻谷?量者不顯著。發芽率、碾糙率、碾米率與完整米率亦存有顯著之收穫時期×期作交感作用,但稻谷?量與容重量則無。烹煮?食用品質性狀未受收穫時期之影響,尤以台農62號為甚。

The response of a japonica cultivar, Tainung 62 and a long grain indica cultivar, Tainung sen 12 to seven harvest times was evaluated in the first and second crop seasons of 1981 at Chiayi Agricultural Experiment Station. The optimum time of harvest determined on the basis of maximum grain yield, volume weight, seed viability, milling yields and best grain appearance was 30 to 35 days after heading in the first crop season and 35 to 40 days after heading in the second crop season. During these periods, the harvest moisture content, percentage of green kernels and accumulated temperature ranged from 17 to 21%, 10 to 13% and 800 to 950蚓, respectively in the first crop season and 20 to 25%, 10 to 12% and 900 to 1000蚓, respectively in the second crop season. The harvest time by cultivar interaction was significant for volume weight, germination percentage and milling yields but was not significant for grain yield. A significant interaction between harvest time and crop season was also obtained for germination percentage and milling yields but not for grain yield and volume weight. Cooking and eating characteristics were not affected by the time of harvest, particularly of Tainung 62.
